Next week starting from July 5th – July 10th will be sharing & creating our favorite nutritious & delicious smoothies for you to try as the hot summer days approach us.
We will dive into the details of which smoothies are particularly great to solve common body issues you may have. For example, inflammation, bloating, and increasing your energy.
Will also be creating the following smoothies next week for us all to do together. Be sure to follow us on Instagram as we post our smoothies of the day.
In the morning will announce which smoothie we’re creating and give everyone 2 days to create, share and enjoy the smoothie of that day. For example, on Tuesday our smoothie of the day will be a cherry smoothie.
You’ll also be given the recipe for the smoothie too. Will be posting our recipes on our website and Instagram page too.
